Personal Profile

Yusak Susilo is the Chair and BMK Endowed Professor in Digitalisation and Automation in Transport and Mobility Systems. His main research interest lies in the intersection between transport and urban planning, transport policy, decision making processes and behavioural interactions modelling. Users' adaptation and learning processes towards new options, such as digitisation, automation and other new technologies have been the focus of his research in recent years. Yusak has more than 15 years of experience in post-graduate teaching and supervisions in six different countries. To date, Yusak has supervised 26 PhD students, whom 16 of them have already graduated and worked in academia, industries and authorities.
